Il nostro B&B è una casa indipendente che sorge sotto una quercia secolare ed una mimosa, ai confini con un piccolo bosco di castagni in località Pitelli, tranquilla frazione vicina al centro della Spezia, a cinque minuti dall'uscita dell'autostrada. L'abitazione è circondata da giardino, dove in primavera ed in estate serviamo le colazioni all'aperto con pane fresco e focaccia ligure, abbiamo tavoli all'aperto per consumare pasti, vi è un'area barbecue, il terrazzo centrale domina le Apuane e il nostro paese, abbiamo parcheggio e fermata-bus sottostante, noleggiamo biciclette, box privato per motocicli. Ideale per famiglie con bambini, con possibilità di ospitare animali di piccola taglia. Best Regards Unser b&b ist ein im grünen gelegenes Privatfamilienhaus, 5 km von La Spezia entfernt, 2 km vom Strand und 6 km vom Hauptbahnhof. Unser Haus ist mit den folgenden Zimmern ausgestattet: 2 Zimmer auf der 1. Etage, 1 Zimmer im Erdgeschoß, auf der 1. Etage befindet sich ebenso ein Vierbettzimmer (2 kommunizierende Doppelzimmer). Das Doppelzimmer im Erdgeschoß hat einen eigenen Ausgang zum Garten heraus, die Zimmer haben alle ein eigenes Badezimmer, es können Zustellbetten angefragt werden, wir haben Balkons, einen Garten, wo im Sommer das Frühstück serviert wird, interner Frühstücksraum mit Fernseher, Parkplatz und Bushaltestelle an der Straße, Dorf in 150 m Entfernung. Nous nous trouvons à 150 mt du village « Pitelli » avec son supermarché, sa pizzeria et son restaurant , et à une demi heure des « Cinque Terre »
